Design direction

Clear quartz, red accents and a thread of teal. Clear quartz with dark garnet and red accents.

The round focal bead holds brown internal lines within its translucent surface. Oval clear quartz and textured metal beads sit on either side, followed by pale agate and dark garnet chips. Small red glass beads and bamboo coral spacers bring brighter colour into the strand. A round quartz focal sits between oval clear beads, textured metal and red bamboo coral spacers.

Wrapped cotton follows the back of the strand. Teal and orange wrapping, garnet finishing.

Waxed cord carries the beads. Plant-dyed cotton wraps the back section in teal and orange, with garnet stones at the finishing ends. Garnet chips and metal spacers separate the smaller beads; red bamboo coral spacers mark the larger quartz and metal beads. The necklace measures a fixed 50 cm and is not adjustable. A garnet stone passes through the cord loop to fasten; open it to put on or remove the necklace.
