Costs, timing, and what crosses a border.
Each piece is hand-made to order within 3–5 business days before shipping. Transit time (7–20 days) is on top of that.
Orders ship DDU (delivered duties unpaid). Buyers in the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and other destinations may be charged local VAT or import duty by the carrier at delivery, per local customs law. Charges vary by destination.
What to do while your piece is on the way.
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email at dispatch, or use the tracking portal at any time.
I can adjust your shipping address within 24 hours of order confirmation. After that, I've already begun hand-packing. Email hello@alaluck.com as soon as you notice.

Every à la luck piece is one of one. In the rare event a package is lost in transit — tracking stalled or never marked delivered — we will reach out personally to find the right resolution with you. Because no two pieces are identical, any replacement will be made in the same family — a new piece carrying the same intention — and we ask for 4–6 weeks to bring it to you.
If tracking shows Delivered but the package isn't there, please file a claim with the carrier first — the carrier's proof-of-delivery photo confirms the drop-off location and is the starting point for any investigation. Email me the claim reference and I'll help from there.
If your piece arrives damaged in transit, email me within 14 days of delivery with photos of both the outer package and the piece. These help me file a claim with the carrier — and let me arrange a reship or equivalent refund.
