Shipping & tracking

From my worktable to your hands.

Your piece is already made. Here’s when it leaves the studio and what to expect on its way to you.

Dispatch and delivery timing

Available pieces are already made, then inspected and prepared within 2–4 business days before dispatch. Transit time begins after dispatch, not at checkout.

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 8–15 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: 12–25 business days

These are typical transit ranges; customs and carrier delays may extend the journey.

Shipping cost and destination

Enter the destination at checkout to see the available service and current charge. Free shipping currently applies to orders over $150. If a route is unavailable, contact the studio before ordering.

Customs, duties, and international delivery

International orders ship DDU unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. A destination may assess local VAT, duties, brokerage, or handling after arrival; those charges are set locally and are paid by the recipient.

Delayed, stalled, or marked delivered

A quiet scan can happen during international handoffs or customs. If tracking remains still beyond the normal carrier interval—or says delivered but the parcel is missing—check the delivery location and carrier proof, then contact the studio with the order number and latest scan.
