How do I choose when every piece is different?Choosing your piece
Begin with the exact object: its measurements, materials, weight, closure, and photographs. If you want a gentler starting point, use Find Your Piece for practical filters or one of the optional reflection quizzes. Neither route makes a diagnosis or chooses for you.
What does “edition of one” mean?Choosing your piece
The available piece shown is the individual piece you receive. Its exact composition is not reproduced after it is sold. Natural materials may recur in future work, but not the same finished design.
Will my piece look exactly like the photographs?Choosing your piece
Yes—the product photographs belong to that exact edition. Light, screen settings, natural inclusions, and reflective surfaces can shift how color reads, so the written material notes remain part of the description too.
Will this exact piece fit me?Choosing your piece
Use the Size & Fit guide to measure your body, then compare that result with the exact dimensions and confirmed range on the product page. The product page is final for that one-of-one construction.
How do I know what the material really is?Choosing your piece
Start with the material record on the product page. It should separate material identity, known treatment, source channel, construction, and anything that remains uncertain. The Stone Lexicon explains naming; Sourcing Standards explains the evidence boundary.
What happens after I place an order?Orders & preparation
The studio confirms the order, inspects the exact piece, checks its material and care record, prepares the parcel, and hands it to tracked shipping. A dispatch message carries the next route once the carrier accepts it.
When will my order be dispatched?Orders & preparation
The current studio preparation window is shown on the Shipping page and at checkout for your order. Transit time begins after dispatch, not at checkout. If a piece needs an alteration, the studio confirms any extra preparation time before it proceeds.
Can I change my address or order details?Orders & preparation
Write as soon as possible with the order number and the requested change. An address or order cannot be changed after the parcel has entered carrier handling, and some alterations may not be possible for a finished one-of-one piece.
Which payment methods and currency can I use?Orders & preparation
Available payment methods and the charged currency are shown in checkout for your market. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or international transaction fee.
Can you include a gift note or omit the price?Orders & preparation
Use the gift-note field when it is offered or contact the studio before dispatch. Product prices are not printed inside the parcel, though customs paperwork may still need to state the legally required value.
Where do you ship, and what will it cost?Shipping & tracking
Enter the destination at checkout to see available services and the current charge. If a route is unavailable, contact the studio before ordering rather than using a forwarding address without checking.
Where can I track my parcel?Shipping & tracking
Open the tracking link in the dispatch message or use Track Your Order with the order number. If the number has just been created, allow time for the carrier’s first acceptance scan.
My tracking has stopped moving. What should I do?Shipping & tracking
A quiet scan does not always mean the parcel is lost; international handoffs and customs can create gaps. If the status has not moved beyond the normal carrier interval, send the order number and latest scan to the studio for review.
Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find the parcel.Shipping & tracking
Check the delivery location, household members, building desk, safe-place notice, and carrier proof first. If it is still missing, contact the carrier and the studio promptly with the order number and delivery scan.
Will I pay customs duties or import tax?Shipping & tracking
A destination may assess duties, taxes, handling, or brokerage after the parcel arrives. These charges are set locally and are separate from the store payment unless checkout explicitly says otherwise.
Can I return an edition-of-one piece?Returns & damage
Eligible EU and UK customers may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery; the piece must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Customized or size-modified pieces are final sale, and change-of-mind purchases outside the EU and UK are final. The buyer pays return shipping; see the current Refund Policy before sending anything back.
What if the piece arrives damaged or the parcel is wrong?Returns & damage
Keep the piece, every loose part, and all packaging. Take clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, internal packing, and piece, then contact the studio promptly with the order number.
What if a knot, cord, or clasp develops a problem later?Returns & damage
Pause wear and keep every component together. Send a clear photo and a short description of when you noticed the change. The studio will distinguish a construction issue from impact, moisture, or ordinary wear before proposing a next step.
What should I include when asking for help?Returns & damage
Include the order number, a short account of what happened, well-lit close and full-piece photographs, and images of the packaging if the issue appeared on arrival. Do not discard loose parts.
Can normal wear or accidental damage be repaired?Returns & damage
Possibly. Repairability depends on the surviving materials and construction. The studio will review the piece first, then explain whether repair is suitable, what would change, and whether a fee or replacement material is needed.
Can I shower, swim, exercise, or sleep in it?Care & materials
No. Water, sweat, pressure, fragrance, and repeated friction can affect cord, plated metal, porous stones, old glass, pearl, bone, and finishes differently. Remove the piece first.
How should I clean and store the piece?Care & materials
Start with a soft dry cloth or brush and store the piece flat or loosely coiled, away from harder jewelry. Do not soak it or use chemical, steam, or ultrasonic cleaning unless the exact material record says it is safe.
Do I need to cleanse or charge a talisman?Care & materials
No ritual is required. If you enjoy one, choose a contact-free method such as sound or a quiet pause and keep it separate from physical cleaning. A ritual can mark intention without claiming to change the mineral.
Why has the cord, metal, or surface changed over time?Care & materials
Skin oils, moisture, light, friction, and storage can gradually change natural cord, plated metal, older components, and polished surfaces. A change is not automatically a defect, but sudden instability should be photographed and reviewed.
I have sensitive skin. What should I check?Care & materials
Read the exact product record for metal, cord, treatment, and coating information. If a material is uncertain or you have a known allergy, contact the studio before ordering; the page cannot replace medical advice.
Can the size or cord length be adjusted?Custom requests
Sometimes, but never assume it is available or free. The answer depends on the exact cord, closure, bead count, materials, and finished composition. Ask before ordering so scope, timing, and cost can be confirmed piece by piece.
Can you reproduce a sold piece?Custom requests
No exact design is reproduced. You can share what you loved—material, proportion, color, or feeling—and ask whether a new, distinct piece may be possible.
Do you accept fully custom commissions?Custom requests
Custom work is limited and starts with a clear material, fit, or relationship direction rather than an exact copy request. Availability, design boundaries, timing, and price must be confirmed before payment.
How do I measure a pet wearable?Custom requests
Measure the actual neck circumference at the intended wearing position without adding a universal allowance. Keep the tape level and close to the fur without compression, then compare it with the exact product or custom-order instructions.
Can a pet wearable hold a leash?Custom requests
No. It is decorative and intended only for supervised wear. Never attach a leash, lead, or tie-out, and remove it if the pet chews or the piece could catch on something.
