A. CRAFTING & PROCESSING TIME

At à la luck, we are "Small by Choice." We do not mass-produce.

  • Handcrafted by hand. 2-4 business days before it ships.

(Note: During high-volume drops or holidays, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience with our slow-craft process.)

B. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We ship worldwide with tracked services.

  • United States: 7-12 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 8-15 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 10-20 business days
  • Rest of World: 12-25 business days

*These are estimates based on our carrier partners. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance or local postal delays.

C. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside of our main warehouse may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • Responsibility: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. ALALUCK LLC is not responsible for these charges.
  • We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

D. LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

  • Lost in Transit: Every à la luck piece is one of one. In the rare event a package is lost in transit — tracking stalled or never marked delivered — we will reach out personally to find the right resolution with you. Because no two pieces are identical, any replacement will be made in the same family — a new piece carrying the same intention — and we ask for 4–6 weeks to bring it to you.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not liable if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please verify your shipping details carefully.
  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. We are not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
