Size & Fit

Measure the body. Let the exact piece decide the fit.

Choose what you are measuring. These guides explain the method; each one-of-one product page states the finished piece’s exact facts.

The ruleRecord the body measurement without adding a universal allowance, then compare it with the exact construction, range, and fit notes on the product page.

Necklace

Two measurements, kept separate.

For chokers, begin with the bare neck circumference. For longer pieces, use the finished necklace length to estimate where it may land.

Body measurement: bare neck circumference. No fit allowance has been added.

For chokers

Measure your bare neck.

  1. Wrap a soft tape at the position where the choker will sit.
  2. Keep it level and snug without compressing the skin.
  3. Record the circumference in centimeters; do not add a universal allowance.

Compare this number with the product’s maximum neck fit, adjustable range, closure, and construction.

Illustrative positions only. Body proportions, clothing, focal size, and closure change where the same length lands.

For longer pieces

Compare the finished path length.

  1. Use a soft tape or non-stretch string to mark the drop you want.
  2. Measure the complete path in centimeters, including the route around the neck.
  3. Compare it with the product’s wearable path length, focal drop, and closure note.

Length labels are orientation only. The exact product measurement is the value to use.

Bracelet / wrist

Measure snugly. Add no standard allowance.

The maker’s construction, bead scale, and closure determine the finished ease. Your first job is to record the body measurement accurately.

Three steps showing a soft tape wrapped around the wrist, marked, then measured flat beside a ruler
Body measurement: wrist circumference at the intended wearing position. No universal allowance has been added.

How to measure

Record the wrist circumference.

  1. Wrap a soft tape where the bracelet will sit, usually just above the wrist bone.
  2. Keep it flat and close to the skin without squeezing.
  3. Mark the overlap, measure it flat, and record centimeters first.

Compare the result with the exact body range, inner circumference, bead scale, and closure on the product page.

Ring

Measure the finger circumference.

Finger size changes with temperature and time of day. Repeat the measurement and make sure the result also clears the knuckle.

Three steps showing a narrow strip wrapped around the intended finger, marked, then measured flat beside a ruler
Body measurement: intended finger circumference. This guide does not use finger diameter.

How to measure

Wrap, mark, then measure flat.

  1. Wrap a narrow paper strip or soft tape around the base of the intended finger.
  2. Mark the overlap and measure that length flat in centimeters.
  3. Repeat at another time of day and check that the size will clear the knuckle.

Adjustable does not mean universal. Never repeatedly bend a finished band beyond its stated range.

Pet wearable

Measure the actual neck circumference.

Pet fit is product-specific. Record the body measurement first, then let the exact construction and confirmed range decide the finished fit.

Dog and cat neck circumference measured at the intended wearing position, marked, then measured flat beside a ruler
Body measurement: neck circumference at the intended wearing position. No universal allowance has been added.

How to measure

Measure where the decorative wearable will rest.

  1. Place a soft measuring tape around the lower neck at the intended wearing position.
  2. Keep it level and close to the fur without compressing the neck.
  3. Mark the overlap, lay the tape flat, and record the circumference in centimeters.

Compare the result with the exact body-fit range, closure, weight, and construction stated on that product page.

Decorative use only. Our pet wearables are not restraint equipment. Never attach a leash, lead or tie-out. Use only under supervision.

Before ordering

Ask; do not assume.

Some finished pieces can accept a limited pre-shipping adjustment. Others would require rebuilding, change the composition, or are not suitable for resizing. Availability, scope, timing, and any cost are confirmed piece by piece.

Final authority

The exact product page wins.

Illustrations and type-level guidance describe how to measure, not the dimensions of a specific piece. If anything remains unclear, ask the studio before checkout.

Short answers

Size & Fit questions

Which page is the final source for a piece’s size?

The individual product page is final for every one-of-one piece. This guide explains how to measure; the product page states that finished piece’s exact dimensions, construction, and confirmed fit range.

Should I add extra room to a body measurement?

No. Record the body circumference as measured, without adding a universal allowance. Then compare it with the exact range, closure, bead scale, and construction stated on the product page.

Can every finished piece be resized?

No. Possibility depends on the cord, closure, bead count, materials, and finished composition. Ask before ordering; the studio confirms the available range, timing, and any cost piece by piece.
