Every stone is honest-labeled - natural Himalayan amethyst quartz (29mm polished focal), real strawberry quartz, natural old-mine garnet (vintage-mined material, not modern industrial extraction), authentic sunstone, real red creek jasper.
Never dyed glass, never reconstituted substitute. I personally verify each material before it enters my studio. Much of the cheap "amethyst" sold online is actually dyed glass or chemically-coated quartz; mass-market "strawberry quartz" is often dyed rose quartz or resin imitation; "sunstone" is frequently glass with copper inclusions; the loulan-style glass beads online are often modern reproductions rather than estate trade material. None of mine is. If a material cannot meet our quality standard, I do not use it. I would rather tell you what a stone actually is than market it under a prettier name.
