Wear the eye that watches back. The Aegis #30 is a protective necklace built around a 33mm Nepali estate dragonfly eye — one of the oldest apotropaic symbols carried across Silk Road trade.
Patina red agate, evil eye glass, and yak bone gather around the focal on a leather-cotton cord, closed with grounding unakite — ancestral protection made wearable at the collarbone.
01 · Fit Who is The Aegis #30 made for?
Built for those who feel energetically exposed — empaths, public-facing workers, and anyone navigating environments where they absorb more than they should.
I knot these for the moment you realize you need a visible boundary between your field and the room. If you hold space professionally, work in crowds, or simply feel the weight of other people's energy, this dragonfly-eye necklace is a daily apotropaic anchor — protection you can see and feel.
02 · Activation How do I wear and activate The Aegis #30?
Pre-cleansed in my studio — but it invites a personal attunement before first wear. I recommend placing it under one full moon cycle, then holding the dragonfly eye focal to your heart center and breathing three slow exhales — that's how it learns your frequency.
Wear it at the collarbone as a visible protective anchor, especially when entering crowded, charged, or energetically demanding environments.
03 · Energy What does the dragonfly eye bead do energetically?
The dragonfly eye bead (蜻蜓眼) is one of the oldest apotropaic — evil-eye-deflecting — symbols, carried across Mediterranean, Persian, and Silk Road trade for over two thousand years.
Its concentric-circle eye motif is held in protection traditions to reflect ill intent back to its source, guarding the wearer's energetic field. Paired with patina red agate (root-anchored vitality), evil eye glass (layered apotropaic reinforcement), yak bone (heritage grounding), and closed with unakite — an Earth-element heart-chakra stone for emotional integration — this is a grounded protection piece: the eye watches outward while unakite keeps the heart steady within.
04 · Sourcing Are the materials authentic? How do you guarantee quality?
Every material is honest-labeled — Nepali estate dragonfly eye bead (heritage hand-wound glass through verified estate channels, NOT modern machine reproduction), patina red agate (naturally aged surface, not artificially treated), authentic evil eye glass (traditional apotropaic glass), Nepali glass beads (historical trade lineage), yak bone (traditionally sourced, ethically harvested), genuine unakite stone (natural epidote-feldspar granite).
Tibetan silver spacer beads are honestly labeled as Tibetan-style alloy, not sterling silver. Cord is genuine full-grain leather with cotton wrap. I personally verify each material before it enters my studio. If a material cannot meet our quality standard, I do not use it. I would rather tell you what a material actually is than market it under a prettier name.
05 · Legal Is there a California Proposition 65 notice for this piece?
WARNING: Yes — this piece contains Tibetan silver alloy spacer beads, which may carry trace amounts of lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
The lead is bound within the metal alloy matrix and is not surface-bioavailable under normal wear. California Proposition 65 requires this notice for any product that may expose consumers to listed chemicals, even at levels well below federal safety limits. Pregnant or nursing wearers, or anyone with known sensitivities, may prefer a metal-free piece from the collection. Full notice and material context →
Every piece is made once, then leaves.
No restocks, no commissions, no repeats.
