Red jasper · ebony with silver inlay · Nepali brass · plant-dyed cotton · waxed thread
Design direction
Red stone beneath a line of colour. Polished red jasper and multicolored cord.
Each polished jasper bead has its own outline and dark markings. Narrow bands of plant-dyed cotton sit above the red stone, with dark ebony and warm brass finishing the drop.
Dark lines cross the red stones. Cotton wrapping adds fine bands of green, magenta, navy and brown above them.

Cotton wraps the long upper drops. Wrapped cotton, ebony and brass.
Fine cotton cord winds closely around each upper section. Waxed thread carries the jasper, silver-inlaid ebony and small Nepali brass beads, ending in a knot beneath the brass. Silver-plated cupronickel hooks finish the pair.
Waxed thread holds the bead sequence beneath the wrapped upper drops. Silver-plated cupronickel hooks; approx. 77 mm / 3.0 in total length.
