Shipping & tracking · New Zealand
Tracked delivery to New Zealand, with prices and checkout in NZD. Here’s when your piece leaves the studio and what to expect along the way.
In-stock pieces: inspected and prepared for dispatch in 2–4 business days.
Approved remakes: made and finished-piece photos emailed within 3 calendar days of payment. Shipping follows your photo approval; approval time and delivery time are additional.
The current tracked service is labelled “10–20 Days” at checkout. Transit begins after dispatch. This is an estimate; customs and carrier delays may extend the journey.
Tracked shipping is US$15.90, converted to NZD at checkout. Orders of US$150 or more qualify for free tracked shipping; the threshold is converted to NZD too. Enter your delivery address to see the exact charge before payment.
This is an international delivery. Any tax or duty collected at checkout appears in the order total. Unless checkout expressly includes import charges, GST, customs duties or carrier handling fees may be payable on arrival. Check the complete total and any import charges before ordering.
A quiet scan can happen during international handoffs or customs. If tracking remains still beyond the normal carrier interval—or says delivered but the parcel is missing—check the delivery location and carrier proof, then contact the studio with the order number and latest scan.
